3. Products and Services
All products sold by Ruan London are handmade crochet items. Each piece is individually crafted by hand, making every item unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, size, and appearance are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Product colours may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. We photograph our products in natural light and edit images to be as accurate as possible, but minor colour variations are to be expected.
Currently, all items are ready-made and in stock. If we introduce made-to-order items in the future, processing times will be clearly stated on the product page.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept payment through Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
5. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days. In rare cases, processing may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as restocking packaging materials. We will notify you of any significant delays.

6. Returns and Refunds

We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate. As a handmade business, we cannot guarantee that products will always be available or that there will be no delays in processing or shipping.
